natural or fantasy nose

Being a surgeon worked in both American and British systems, studied the text books of both systems, and having a degree in both systems, I have not scientifically heard about the classification of fantasy and natural shapes of the nose in any reference book.
All scientific books focus on understanding the standard sizes, distances and angles of the nose, and proportions of different components of the nose with each other and with the face. In this endless rhinoplasty world, all attempts are made to create a beautiful, symmetric, natural-looking nose, because imperfection causes remnant detect, and overdo can result in risk.
Now, let’s see where the fantasy nose thought has come from. In the recent past, when cosmetic nose surgery had not been developed, complications such as high arch, high rotation, excess tenuity of the bridge, and pinch nose were seen abundantly.
In that period of time, surgeons used a beautiful and deceptive word of “puppet” or “fantasy” instead of the “complicated” or “extreme” to deny the acceptance of a complication. Since cosmetic nose surgery was very expensive and was affordable for a certain class of society, and performing nose surgery was a kind of credibility, even today, some people, are unaware about the principle of the surgery and want to have a fantasy nose.
Keep in mind that, a natural nose means to have a healthy, uncomplicated, and symmetric view, while the fantasy nose is equivalent to an abnormal, disproportionate, and complicated nose.
